About Gander Dance Studio

Registration Fee

A non-refundable Registration fee of $25+tax per student is required at time of registration. Payment must be made either in the on-line portal with credit card or sent by EMT. If payment is not received within 7days, you will be removed from the class and your place filled with the next student on the wait list.

Tuition Fee

Our 2026-27 dance season is from September 14th to May 6th, Dancers register for the full season. Tuition Fees are payable in 3 payments due on Sept 1st, Nov 9th and Feb 8th and will be posted to your account 2 weeks prior to these due dates. Refunds for dropped classes will only be provided up to Oct 9th. As of Oct 10th, tuition fees are non-refundable without a written medical note.

NO NEW STUDENTS AFTER THIS DATE

60 min class - $495 + tax/year (3 payments of $189.75)

45 min class - $450 + tax/year (3 payments of $172.50)

30 min class - $405 + tax/year (3 payments of $155.25)

Payment can be set up automatic credit card in your account to be processed when due.

Discounts

Discounts are offered per student for those registering for multiple classes

10% of 2nd class, 15% of 3rd class, 20% off 4th + classes

Costume Fee

Dancers are required to purchase a Show Costume for you year end Recital Show. Payment due by November 1st. Costumes are all special order and are non-refundable. If payment not received on time, a recital costume will not be ordered for your dancer.

$80 +tax – Classes PreSchool, Grades K&1

$90 +tax – Classes Grades 2&3, Boys Hip Hop

$100 +tax – Classes Grades 4 & up, Mini Troupe

$110 +tax – Classes Troupe JR, INT and SR

Thanksgiving – Monday October 12th

Remembrance Day – Wednesday November 11th

Christmas Break – December 11th to January 3rd

Easter Break – March 29th to April 2nd

Classes cancelled due to any reason beyond our control will not be refunded or credited. Please check your email by 3pm the day of class for a Cancellation Notice, as we do not follow School closures due to weather.

Classes cancelled by the Instructor will be made up based on Studio time and Instructor availability.
